What is the best way to contact the Zero Status team?

For general inquiries, simply fill out the contact form on this page or email us directly at hello@zerostatus.ca. We are always ready to assist athletes, parents, and members of our scouting network.

Who do I contact if I need help with my athlete profile?

If you run into any technical issues while building your profile or updating your stats, please select "Technical Support" on the contact form. This ensures your request goes directly to the team that can fix it fastest.

Are you active on social media?

Yes! You can follow us and view our professional media coverage on Instagram, YouTube and TikTok (located above). While we love engaging with our community there, please use this contact page for official support requests.

How quickly can I expect a response?

Our team is dedicated to supporting our ecosystem and typically responds to all inquiries within 24 to 48 hours. If you have an urgent question regarding an upcoming event, please indicate that in your message.

Where is Zero Status located?

Originally located in Vancouver, the Zero Status platform operates digitally to connect a wide network of athletes and scouts. However, our physical presence comes to life at our premier competitive events hosted at various sports complexes in Canada throughout the year.
