We use your personal information to operate and develop our services, specifically to: Create, manage, and curate athlete profiles. Publish and promote athletes through our platform. Public Athlete Profiles

A core function of our service is the creation of public-facing athlete profiles to maximize exposure. These profiles may include personal information, images, videos, and athletic performance data. Please be aware that these profiles are: Published directly on the Zero Status website. Fully accessible to the general public. Shareable via direct links. These profiles are intended for viewing by scouts, teams, agents, brands, and others within the athletic community. By submitting your information, you acknowledge and consent to the public visibility and distribution of this content. Athletes (or their legal guardians) may request that specific information be modified, restricted, or removed from public view at any time.

Children & Parental Consent

Zero Status knowingly collects personal information from individuals under the age of 18, including children under 13. To protect younger athletes, we require verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian before collecting, using, or publishing any personal information. Consent Process: Consent is obtained through direct communication (such as email or phone) and must be confirmed prior to publishing any athlete profile. Parental Rights: Parents or guardians may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their child’s personal information at any time by contacting us.

Sharing of Information

Zero Status respects your data. We do not sell personal information to advertisers or third parties. We only share information in the following specific circumstances: Public Access: When athlete profiles are publicly shared or accessed via direct links. Service Providers: With trusted third parties necessary to operate our business, including payment processors (e.g., Stripe), event platforms (e.g., Luma), and analytics/communication tools. Legal Requirements: Where strictly required by law, subpoena, or legal process. All third-party service providers are contractually obligated to handle personal information in accordance with applicable privacy standards and are prohibited from using it for their own independent purposes.

Upon a verified request for deletion: Personal information associated with public profiles will be removed from public view within 30 days. Archived data is not publicly accessible and is never used for commercial promotion.
