• I understand that these materials may be edited and used for marketing, promotional, scouting exposure, and commercial purposes, including use on platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and the Zero Status website.
• I understand that all recorded media and footage captured by Zero Status remain the property of Zero Status.
• I understand that highlight reel editing decisions, including clip selection and final production, are at the discretion of Zero Status.
• I acknowledge that Zero Status provides media and athlete exposure services only and does not guarantee recruitment, scholarships, team selection, or professional opportunities.
• I grant Zero Status permission to display the athlete's profile information, statistics, and highlight videos on the Zero Status website and scouting portal.
• I confirm that the information provided in this form is accurate.
• If the athlete is under the age of 18, I confirm that l am the parent or legal guardian and provide consent on their behalf.
Additional Service Terms
• The highlight reel included in the purchased
package includes one round of reasonable revisions. Additional revisions may be subject to additional fees at the discretion of Zero Status.
• I understand that the services provided by Zero Status will follow the details outlined in the selected package, and results may vary depending on game performance, available footage, and playing time.
• Zero Status will make reasonable efforts to attend and film scheduled games; however, filming may be affected by weather conditions, facility restrictions, scheduling conflicts, or other unforeseen circumstances.
